2. Acceptance
This legal notice governs the use of the iberinform website (hereinafter the "Website"). Browsing and use of the Website by any user (hereinafter the "User") implies the full acceptance, without any reservations, of the terms and conditions detailed in this Legal Notice, which the User should read carefully each time before entering the Website, in case any changes have been made since the previous time. Any User who does not agree with any of the conditions herein, is requested to leave the Website.
3. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
In general terms, relations between iberinform and Users deriving from the provision of products and services contained in this website, are subject to the laws and jurisdiction of Spain.
4. Purpose of the Website
The principal purpose of the Website is to provide free information on the activities, products and services of iberinform.
With regard to the restricted access area for Users who have contracted products or services from iberinform (hereinafter "Customer"), an additional purpose of the Website is to provide access to the products or services contracted, in accordance with the specific conditions of the service.
5. Registering as an iberinform Customer
The products and services offered by iberinform through this Website may be purchased online using a system of codes and keys provided by iberinform.
Access to services involving transactions of any kind, and all those which involve the capture of personal data, takes place in a secure environment.
6. Data protection
6.1 Users
Iberinform guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data provided by Users, which will be processed in accordance with legislation on the protection of personal data.
By completing any form on this Website and sending it to iberinform, it shall be understood that the User accepts that the personal data contained therein will be entered in the Company's databases and used to process the request made, and to send information by any means, including commercial communications by electronic means (e-mail, etc.) on the products and services offered by iberinform or third parties belonging to the financial and insurance sectors, in accordance with the Customer's profile. Furthermore, completing and sending any such form shall be understood to constitute authorisation to communicate the User's data for the same purposes to Compañía Española de Seguros y Reaseguros de Crédito y Caución, S.A., Paseo de la Castellana, 4, 28046 Madrid, and notification to the User of this communication for the purposes of article 27 of the Data Protection Act.
Failure to provide information for any of the fields marked as required will result in the request's
not being processed.
In the event that the User sends a curriculum vitae to the iberinform Website or fills in a form for the purposes of taking part in a selection process, the User is hereby informed that by so doing, User consents to iberinform's processing such personal data for the sole purpose of using them in any selection procedures that might be carried out in the Company. Such personal data shall not be communicated to third parties. The User is fully responsible for the truth and accuracy of the information sent to iberinform which shall refer to their own person and which shall be erased when the selection process for which it was submitted has been completed.

The Customer undertakes to inform iberinform as soon as possible in the event that any person ceases for any reason to be a User of a paid service, and of any changes that could have an effect on the contact persons designated in the access codes. Iberinform declines any responsibility resulting from User's failure to comply with any of the aforementioned conditions.
6.2 Investigated reports
The information requested from the interested party is limited solely to its commercial activity and has been supplied voluntarily to supplement the commercial reports drafted and sold by Iberinform for its clients.
The consent granted by the holder may be withdrawn, which may exercise its rights of access, correction, cancellation and opposition by writing to IBERINFORM at the address:

7. Secure environment
Access to the transaction pages used by iberinform Customers to contract products or services from iberinform is carried out in a secure environment.
Customers can check that they are in a secure area by looking for the closed padlock symbol on the lower line of the status bar.
8. Regulations relating to content
The information appearing on this page was current at the time the Website was last updated. Iberinform reserves the right to update, modify or remove information or content from this Website and from this Legal Notice. iberinform will make all reasonable efforts to avoid errors in all content that appears on this Website.
Iberinform will accept no responsibility for any incorrect use of the content of these web pages, with the person who accesses the page being exclusively responsible for any such use. In addition, the Company is hereby absolved of all responsibility for any damage or injury which might be suffered by the User as a result of any errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by iberinform.
Iberinform has no control over, and therefore accepts no responsibility for the information contained in, third party websites which can be visited from links or search facilities on the iberinform website. The presence of links on the iberinform website is for information purposes only, and in no way implies a suggestion, invitation or recommendation of the same.

All intellectual property rights over the content of this Website, its graphic design and underlying code are the property of iberinform and, as such, reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation of said intellectual property is strictly prohibited except with the prior authorisation in writing of iberinform. In addition, all commercial names, brands and identifying images contained on this Website are protected by law.
The content and information which the Client or User may access using this website, principally through the use of the company locator, is the property of iberinform. This information may be viewed for personal, information and non-commercial use, but copying, reproduction, licensing, forwarding to others or selling of any type of information obtained from the iberinform website, and in particular the company locator, is strictly prohibited. In addition, the Client may not use the iberinform company locator to carry out mass searches for companies or sole traders, with the service being restricted to a maximum of 30 searches per day. Iberinform makes constant changes to the information contained herein, inserting coded markers which do not alter substantially the content or its meaning, but which do enable detection of illicit commercial use of the data base as well as the source of such use and the date on which the information was extracted. Iberinform can demonstrate the illicit capture of information and shall press for the penalties provided for in the criminal code for all unauthorised use of its data base.

Iberinform shall accept no responsibility for any damage or injury arising as a result of interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone problems or disconnections in the functioning of this electronic system for reasons outside the control of the company; for delays or blockages in the use of the system as a result of deficiencies or overload of telephone lines or Internet or other electronic systems, or for damage that might be caused by third parties through illegal access outside the control of iberinform. In addition, the company is hereby absolved of all responsibility for any damage or injury which might be suffered by the User as a result of any errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by iberinform.
iberinform may require the provisional suspension of services when this proves necessary for the repair or maintenance of the Company's own equipment, programs and networks.
